2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our customer support.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or tour are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to fees as outlined in our refund policy. For cancellations made within 48 hours, you will get a refund of 1/3 of the payment (Read FAQ)
• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Modification of Bookings

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability.
• Modifications may be subject to additional fees.

5. Responsibilities of Customers

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to be on time for scheduled services and tours.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by events outside our control.
• We are not responsible for any items left behind during or after services.
